The waiver is if he decides to come to miami now. Supposedly if he stays at osu he will graduate in may and then transfer.

DO you really buy that he will graduate in 2.5 years? Also,I would rather he come in now and start learning the playbook as opposed to ******* around in classes at OSU for the next semester trying to take as many credits as possible to graduate.
I know but no one that I've seen actually knows exactly how that is gonna happen which is understandable. He found out about Fields less than a month ago. Was he planning on graduating in 2.5 years from the jump? Seems ambitious to get that done now if that wasn't his original plan when he enrolled. If I'm the coaches I'm not giving up on Hurts because I'm not depending on the NCAA to do us or Martell any favors with a waiver.
I honestly don't know just putting it out there. I know recruits can get out of LOI when coaches who recruited them leave but don't know about this one.
