Marshawn Lynch on Cam Ward

What were the red flags? I know Bryce was tiny but never had doubts about his arm talent/ never thought this was going to happen.
That arm talent don’t look as good when everyone is fast and the height looks like it’s bothering him. Doesn’t mean short qbs can’t play but for some that are his size it can. He doesn’t look comfortable….when he has a clean pocket sometimes he’s throwing like if there is pressure the mechanics are bad. He looks shook at times, I think he’s done already imo

He is a short dude, but I really think some of his problem is that his OL was straight garbage in his rookie season. I saw plays where he'd take the snap and take a step and was already being hit. It happened a lot.

It possibly ruined him cause even in clean pockets he has habits like hes under pressure and he doesnt sense pressure well at all. Like Cam is completely different where he has eyes behind his head and is calm and in control of the pocket at all times

Echoes almost exactly what Micah Parsons said last week about Cam.

They love his calmness and next play mentality.

Been a min since I've seen pros fw a College Player like they do with 1.
I think thats the benefit of playing on friday night AND late night game..

Was having off line discussions about it but being THE only game on a friday night is a game changer as people are prepped for weekend and NFL world/twitter all tuned in.. Its a real way to get national eyes on program overall..

Bryce lacked any special physical tools. He had below-average height, below-average weight, average athleticism and average velocity.

A guy like Kyler Murray was short but had special talent. Someone like Russell Wilson was heavier and could hold up better. Young, to me, is a guy who gets by more on intangibles and needs a lot around him to succeed.

Thanks for pointing all that out, I guess I focused too much on his intangibles. I saw a kid who could process quickly and deliver the ball but I also guess that was easier behind the Bama OL with the Bama wr’s.

Love that he doesn’t get rattled. Would also love for him to be more careful with the ball but he just never seems to think there isn’t a play he can’t make.

Hopefully not! Cleveland, Jax and Carolina organizations are absolutely trash. Really hope he doesn't go there
Special players can change that narrative look at Washington. **** organization for ages, you get that one player it makes everything go away. Everyone doesn’t know how to run an organization till they get the guy that changes it. If he’s special he’s special if he’s not he’s not
