He started last year against UF and continued to start until his injuryDo people have access to practice film? Why is everyone trying to pencil in Rodriguez to the starting lineup? I wish him the best and if he’s good enough to start then great, but how does everyone know he should get a chance to start?
I'm good with thatI am afraid that if the Canes make a run in the CFP, Bell and several other Canes will see their draft stock soar considerably. More scouts will study the film and see how good our players are performing against elite defensive and offensive players. With Bell, he has the measurables and he clearly works hard based on his remarkable progress over the last two years.
We all want great Team success in the CFP, but with that success, will come higher NFL draft grades
May it happen every year.I am afraid that if the Canes make a run in the CFP, Bell and several other Canes will see their draft stock soar considerably. What? His injury was at UF. He got hurt in the season opener against UF and was out for the rest of the season. So people haven't seen him play for basically two full seasons unless it was mop-up duty. On top of that, despite center and left guard being the two weakest spots on the O-line (the positions he plays), he hasn't started or rotated in at either spot this season. He started last year against UF and continued to start until his injury
Bell jumped two levels from where he was in my inexpert opinion. You can count on one hand the times Beck faced blindside pressure, and you wouldn’t need all five fingers.
Really good season for Bell. He is a priority for retention.
They call that development I believeBell jumped two levels from where he was in my inexpert opinion.
He hasn’t been amazing for 2 years and he hasn’t outplayed 61. You need to rewatch some of those games from last year. He definitely improved from last year to this oneThe only real pressure atm got was schemed not earned by the individual. Bell was amazing and he has been amazing for 2 years now. I would like to revisit the cal thread from last year and serve some crow
To be honest he has out played 61 for two years. Just my opinion tho
I’m happy to be wrong on this one too. I thought he was not so good against speed rushers last year and thought he’d be a liability. Welp, dude had a great year. Locked down the left side. Graded highly on PFF too I think.Bell has been a complete stud and absolutely gobbled up that defensive end for A&M. Anyone who says otherwise, it’s just not living in reality.
Bell had a great game shutting down Howell. Next up Curry
ThisI'm good with that
He will get eaten up by Francis.Curry Lines up over our Right tackle. They don't seem to move him much.
Isn't he a senior? Listed as one and believe he was recognized on Sr dayDo people have access to practice film? Why is everyone trying to pencil in Rodriguez to the starting lineup? Wasnt McCoy dinged up during fall camp last year?He started last year against UF and continued to start until his injury
