Mark Walton will be a better college running back than Jordan Scarlett & Jordan Cronkrite, save this thread.

That's totally possible all them boys got question marks..... but you compare Walton to Duke, ALex, Sony, Devontae Freeman, Mike James,... He doesn't compare to any top running backs in dade county.. And for yall rememberance Eduardo Clements was the #11 ranked running back....ahead of Giovanni Bernard..I love Ot's heart but he was never that talented.. But for what ots worth I believe Mark is better than him

I don't think Eduardo ever had a season he wasn't hurt. I thought he was stellar coming out of high school. Not better than Gio but a baller in his own right.

Eduardo was "straight" far from stellar......He was a gritty running back and much respect too him...but he wasn't on that level talent wise
Giovanni Bernard tore his ACL freshman year... still balled...

Walton is a very good prospect, but #26 in the country is too high IMO. I just don't see elite burst from him. I like Cronkrite a bit more.

With that being said, Walton should tear it up this year and I like him as a prospect.

Couldn't disagree more. As a rb prospect I think Walton is superior to Cronkite

Agreed. IMO and experience the players are the best judges of talent when it comes to their peers. To me, you can't get a more honest and accurate scouting report. The players know.

You know you'd think it be that easy. But I went head to head (LB) against C.J. Spiller and Antone Smith (Semis then Finals) in HS. Held C.J. to 34 rushing yards but he took two returns to the house on us. Antone Ran for 275 and 3 TDs on us..

Ask me then I would've told you Antone all day. Antone disappeared and C.J.'s career took off.

I probably would've told you Sticky Ricky Gary was better then Janoris Jenkins too.

These are High School football players not talent evaluators. Unless they are teammates I don't think it means a lot.

Only taking 1RB, eh? I'm beginning to believe these kids might believe it if you told them they're the only offensive player we're taking this year.

UGA is either taking no or 1 RB

It doesn't matter how many they are bringing in if they already have a bunch that would be ahead of him from the start. Miami, If Duke leaves early will only have Yearby and Gus, and the Others will have to compete to see who gets PT (they prob would move ahead of Gus too).
UGA, if Gurley leaves early, Next year would still have 2 Senior HBs, 2 Juniors, 1 Sophmore, And thats not even including Sony Michel and Nick Chubb, who probably both redshirt!! So no matter how you look at it, Him going to Georgia is still a worse situation for him. If he sees their depth chart, but thinks him being the only HB recruit this year means something, he doesn't know what he's doing.

Don't sleep on Gus!!

He is a Cane, he will help in the running game. Was a late entry freshman running back, believe in Gus.
