When you aren't doing anything illegal, you shouldn't have concerns about talking to cops. And if you're caught doing something illegal, you should not say anything and request a lawyer.

LOL...the 5th Ammendment doesn't just apply to people who "aren't doing anything illegal".

If a cop interprets silence as guilt and/or combativeness, then that's his problem, not mine.

Probable cause/suspicion goes both ways.
