Mark Walton

It is definitely showing an inability to function in society. He has a young child yet finds himself in places he shouldn't be. For him and his family' sake I hope he gets some help.

Otherwise, he's going to wind up as another bad statistic. He's not a starter with the Bengals. If his behavior continues, the Bengals will cut ties and he'll be shunned from the league. His money will run out before he's 30 if not sooner. There's always a new crop of RBs every year. RBs having the shortest lifespan in the NFL.

I hope he gets his act together.

Naw ur right they framed 4 times lol. If u want to get deep i meant ur social commentary enables by making light of a misdemeanor arrest. Yes today its a misdemeanor, 2mrw its a felony, and lastly it becomes a capital offense. You try to correct the behavior at the misdemeanor level so that it doesnt get worse. If u havent noticed the actions r getting more destructive but w.e. ur just another dude with another misinformed opinion that probably does little to serve society. I knw i knw police r all corrupt, politicians r all corrupt, n society is all corrupt, even if thats the case, WHICH ITS NOT, what doea that have to do with personal responsibility? Act like a good guy, u will be treated like a good guy. Example Demetrius Jackson, and hes from the same the ***ing place too.

This is wholly unreadable, and I sure as **** never said they framed him four times.

But apparently everyone gets arrested for weed possession LMFAO.

Stupid people get arrested for weed possession. Know your **** rights.

I fully cooperate with police every time I interact with them. Only idiots don't. Your remedy for them doing something improper is in the courtroom, not on the street while being confronted by them.

As to your other post above, I watched a video two nights ago of a guy who pulled taser prongs off himself and continued attacking an officer. Happens more than you realize.

So just to make sure I'm clear... you're suggesting this recent incident with Mark didn't happen at all and was just entirely made up by the police department?

Fully cooperating with police is a GREAT way to get arrested and give them evidence to use against you in court. The ONLY words you EVER say to police when they approach you are:

"Am I being detained?" and "Am I free to go?"

Say anything else and you're an unbridled moron and deserve any punishment you get.

You can make that wild inference. All I'm saying is 1) there's a history of Miami PD misconduct with Walton, and 2) the latest incident seems fishy at best.

This. Dude loses both of his parents before he hits the age of 20. He's probably has a lot of anger issues. He may be thinking all the time 'my family is not here to see how far I've made it. I couldn't hug my mom when I got drafted' ...etc.

When my lil' relative lost his dad, he turned from a 3.83 student to a 2.3 student over night. Dude stopped going to class, started smoking, started fighting all the **** time. When his mom left to go be w/ another dude and raise a new family, my guy became a killer, fa real. He's at San Quentin as we speak and he finally admitted to my dad via letter that losing his parents both physically and emotionally spiraled him out of control and he always wondered what happened to that kid that was on his way to greater things. He's trying to get therapy in prison, but it's too late.

You never know what triggers someone, and losing parents, especially while young, can often cause it. You get mad at God, you get mad at the world and some can't handle it. They literally become a different person.
Facts you know he probably supressed the pain for so long because he was to busy trying to make it/survive and now that he made it he have time to reflect on his past. I hope he find the peace he needs and deserves because he's a good kid.

Exactly. It's so taboo in the African-American community, especially men, but I pray he goes get counseling and let this hurt out. That's the only way he's going to get passed this.

Cars/autombiles behind 2/3 of his arrests. Bro. buy a f'ing bike - don't worry about all these rednecks in cars. Cars are for losers.

I am not going to pretend as if I know Mark personally, because I don't. I also don't want to act as if I in the loop, regarding his situation. However, he needs to Grow The F'uck Up!!! His family is depending on it. Many of us were forced to grow up way before our time! Whether that's fair or not, is not the point. He didn't ask to be dealt the horrible hand that he received. In the same sense, most people are not gifted with the talents that he was born with. That's life!

What he went through as a youngster, especially in college, when he was supposed to be enjoying some of the best times of his life, no man should ever have to go through, period. I can't imagine having to go through what he went through. With that being said, there is no excuse for not taking advantage of the talent that he has, in order to provide for his family and simultaneously, be a example/role model for his younger siblings and/or family members.

I've seen the "system" take too many of our young men, which ultimately has a huge impact on future generations. This does not appear to be a "system" moment, this seems to be a "Grow the F'uck Up" moment.

Sure, if you want to make every interaction with law enforcement in your entire life combative. When you aren't doing anything illegal, you shouldn't have concerns about talking to cops. And even when you are doing something illegal, you should be smart enough to know what you should and should not say to cops. And if you're caught doing something illegal, you should not say anything and request a lawyer. But to START every interaction no matter the circumstances with the dumb *** "Am I being detained" sh-t causes way more problems than it helps. But hey, to each their own!

SIAP, but didn’t you guys love how the ESPN story today showed him in a Miami uniform? That was the lone pic they put up even though he’s employed by the Bengals.

Stay classy, ESPN.

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, and it shows.

So a random cop walks up to you when you're not doing anything illegal, you ask if you're being detained, and you get arrested? OK... that makes sense.

LOL You know nothing about me, kid.

Where did I say you would get arrested? I didn't. I said "if you want to make every interaction with law enforcement in your entire life combative", which is exactly what you'll do if your immediate response to any and every police question or interaction is "am I being detained"? Try having some class and maturity in life.
