Pretty crazy how many Cane fans wanted Walton thrown off the team without knowing the whole story. Good to see this is working out for Mark. Looking forward to watching him again this year. I hope this has a positive effect in the sense that what he has worked so hard to be was almost snatched away from him by some 2-bit whoowah and he'll focus on his game and show great improvement year over year. His skill set and game is very conducive to how the game is evolving. If he becomes as lethal in blitz pick up as some of our past greats he can become a very valuable RB both in college and the NFL.

I'm happy they didn't execute Walton during this bogus sting operation.

I also wonder how vigorously the national media will report on Walton's exoneration from these bogus claims. They were all over the arrest and the dummied up police report.
