The "it will hurt recruiting" angle doesn't bother me at all. We're losing right now with NFL talent. We need coaches to do something with the talent.

We wouldn't have Kaaya without Coley....he has proved to recognize good QB talent

You missed my point. I'm not suggesting that Coley isn't a good recruiter. Kaaya could go on to be the next Dan Marino in the NFL and we could have a roster stacked with 5* kids but that doesn't mean **** to me if we top out at 6 or 7 wins each season.

How many times are we going to fail again by keep it in the family? Dorsey? For God's sake this program need an overhaul from top to bottom with a proven winner that will bring his system and placed here. The Pro-System crap is also getting old. 90% of teams are running the spread or some type of it with lot of Florida kids.
