Honest to god - if the guy is hesitant for any reason - DON'T WANT.

Reports say he was hesitant because he asked Miami for more money for his assistants...Reports also say Miami extended his offer time and also agreed to his terms of more money for his assistants, which would make sense for him to accept it after turning the other cheek hours before.

Negotiating a higher budget for assistants doesn't sound like the act of a coach that doesn't want to win.
