cut out for him. This has to be the worst coached, most undisciplined team in the country. It won't be easy when you've got to go back to basic fundamentals and teach these kids how to play all over again. Good luck on these b###H coaches getting hired anywhere. They are lazy, dumb, and incompetent. Just glad they will ALL be gone. They've thought up more ways to lose than any staph I've ever seen. Worst Canes teams EVER....and that incluudes the '60's and '70's. They look like a pick-up team from some sandlot near the special needs home. And that's just the coaches! Where did they find all these bums to put them under one roof?

i don't think he has that much work cut out for him. this was an 8 win team that easily wins 10 with a competent staff. good competent coaching and a change in attitude next year and we win 10. a top 50 defense wins us 10 games.

I think Richt has it better than Golden did when he started, particularly with Kaaya to work with. I just don't see him fixing the problem in the trenches with our current personnel and what we have coming in. We get dominated in the trenches against any team with a pulse. No coach can win when you lose the line of scrimmage.

Or Richt simply being competent will instantly translate into results after what was pretty much a decade plus of criminally negligent/inept corching. The bar has been set so freaking low that Coach Richt should be able to see instant improvement from a program just begging for competence at the helm. Not excellence. Just competence. Watch how fast this program reacts to it.

This. If the worst coached and undisciplined team was a mere play away from winning 9 games, that is proof that we have all kinds of talent. Right just has to come in and organize this disaster of a program.

It's this simple any real coach would have sat these players down if they were making these same mistakes weekly. We need some disciplinarians on this staff.
