They shouldn't be involved with the next hire directly. They need to bring in the right person to run the athletic department. They need to allow this person to make the hire.

Next season is when Brock will turn on Richt. Then he will save screenshots of those post selling Richt out, saving them for when he gets called a Richt slurper
 
Brock can I have your opinion and analysis on Richt 3 years later and how he has handle business here and what he should do or Miami should do?
