Read that Lo Lingard to UF has been a done deal for a few weeks. Now I'm hearing that Pope is considering entering the portal to essentially follow Lingard to UF. What the **** is going on?! Are UF coaches actively recruiting players that are on our team? Is that a violation?

They haven't recruited well at RB so of course they would take Lingard who still has tons of speed and Mullen will likely find some way to get him the ball in space. Pope I have my doubts about that they care either way if the get him. Pitts will be featured in their O pretty heavily next year and I think Grimes and Toney are coming back along with some of their other receivers and freshman coming in. Pope would likely be buried there just like he was here.

Competition at your position will do this. Many of these guys see the writing on the wall for playing time. Only upside is that they will be bigger and more mature to the game , but who knows if they can complete there at Florida also?
Both may end up in step down programs, and not ball out.

Nothing to lose for them. Why wouldn't you take former 5 star transfers? They don't know, nor care, if they really are trash or not. We have already seen that uf will just throw players to the side if they aren't performing they will just do it to these guys also.

Brother I heard this about a month and half ago. I posted it and everyone was calling me a "fake insider". That i was full of **** or that I was trolling. I dnt give a *** about getting attention. Its something that I heard repeatedly.

Pope didn’t play nearly as much as Osborn and wasn’t a starter, not exactly a fair comparison. He didn’t even play as much as dee Wiggins. Regardless he showed some progression this year in his limited reps and is line for a much bigger role next year

Did you see the open field ability Lindgard flashed against Savana St.

How can you possibly judge their ability in that train wreck of an offense?

Many here are blaming the players but Manny created this culture and no one else. How can you blame kids wanting to transfer from the offensive side of the ball when we cannot score a point or get in the red zone for an entire bowl game, and run an offense that is outdated. This is an indictment on the entire UM coaching staff. Oh yeah last the country in third down conversions, Do you want to play in this system ?
