Looks like Noodles done went and really messed up and caught himself some charges. I bet he’s praying these charges get dropped. Just like all the balls he dropped while played for The U.

Like Aldarios “ glue hands” Johnson , the Pope caught almost everything thrown their way in HS.
I’ve always been baffled how their talents didn’t transfer to the college game.

To me that is like someone going down for a charge like felony murder when they had a fake gun but the security guard had a heart attack as he was robbing the place and the guy died. Like yes, technically it is murder but hard for me to classify the robber as a certified killer.

I gotta be honest here. Armed Robbery is bad, but I think pistol whipping a woman is worse. Just my opinion and I clearly understand that comparing armed robbery to pistol whipping a woman is like asking which pile of dog schidt smells worse. IMO, I think hitting a woman is just plain vile and gross.
Allegedly/Pause..... just to cover whatever else I missed/overstated/misstated.

oh I agree, it does not absolve him at all and may in fact be worse. I was just highlighting when I heard armed robbery I was not expecting those facts. Robbing a gas station? sure. Drug deal gone bad? sure. Robbing any random bank? sure. **** robbing your cousin because he owed you 1,000 bucks I could see.

Not pistol whipping a woman for her PHONE, just silly dumb af behavior. He likely could have just grabbed her phone and overpowered her and then it wouldnt have been "armed" robbery but he was trying to show off.

It also begs the question, why would he bring a pistol to an encounter with some girl he knows around the way (unless there was dirt to be done)?

Lots of ways to deal with “dirt” but my point is— what are you doing with that kinda woman to begin with?

I think he made some bad decisions all around??
