Judging off the commitment it legitimately seems like he wouldn’t have fit well with Mario. I’m not bashing the kid. And it’s not sour grapes, but not everyone wants to play under a coach with Mario’s intensity. Would’ve been great if he came here but probably wouldn’t have worked out long term regardless.

We hit every checkmark but the one that mattered most here. It happens and unfortunately it won’t be the last time we miss either.
