Mark Fletcher was eating good ..

The constant motion and diversity in the run game has made the OL look so much better . They’re making lanes.
We were screaming for it earlier, teams are worried about Toney in motion, they can’t just squeeze the middle. Love the pistol look and of big cats eating out of that look keep running it

But I did notice a lot his good carry’s come out of the pistol formation..
Down hill ,it seem to give him a chance shift angles or is it just me?

I much as I don’t like Brockemeyer, he was really good in all of those clips making some key blocks.

He will get to face an unanimous all american next game head up, he will show the world who the true all american is
Macdonald is gonna be 1st round pick. Nobody throws him around. I don't expect a ton of successful inside stuff this game. Make him run horizontal and tire his fat@ss out. They're not deep behind him

I’ve been *****ing about more pistol which makes sense for our type of splits and run scheme. We finally used more with Martinez last year because it fit his game . It’s good to see it returning again.
You'd have to be an idiot to have not seen the improvement in run game towards the end of last season with Martinez when we switched to way more pistol and then this game a career day from Fletcher.

Like when you dont have a QB run threat (and I'm talking even more of a threat than Cam), them it takes away the main strength of just a RB offset of QB. Pistol is far superior for us particularly with Fletcher because it makes PA more effective, doesn't let the Defense know the mostly likely run direction, it makes cutbacks easier, and just in general gets the RB already rounding North!. Like this **** is so obvious. Can't believe we haven't used it more this yr. And Dawson better continue using it when Fletcher is in

Everyone who was hating on Brock all year should watch this. He did an incredible job on almost all of these runs
He's good when he's moving and sealing. He struggles sometimes when stationary vs. 0 tech NT types and can be overpowered.

When the opps dont gameplan jam A gap every run, it actually frees the A gap lol.
Or have a great DT against Brockermeyer.
For real, look at how safeties and LBs were attacking our inside run game early in the season compared to how A&M did.

Remember in 2023 at FSU when everyone was KILLING this kid for his vision and feel?

Chaney had like 80 yards and Fletcher had 20 something on more carries.

I’ve been saying all week the OL deserves massive kudos, and they do. But go back and really look at that tweet. Fletcher was WORKING. Not all these carries are just running through a massive lane right where the play is designed. He shows amazing vision, feel, and BURST in these clips. No breaking news here but **** this is the best he has ever looked in his career.
