Mark Fletcher SR HL

Been waiting for this to drop. Note that he is going against some of the top teams in the nation.

Fletcher has a chance to start by the end of this season, health permitting.

bruh just my .02 but occasionally your opinion should be withheld for the benefit of the team/player. Like your opinion is going to garner a **** ton more attention than anyone else saying "Fletcher has a chance to start"

Like does he have a chance? Sure, why not. But with Parrish, Don and Citizen (all health permitting) returning, he has an uphill battle then if he isnt starting but also not getting a lot of burn, fans will come down hard on him because people in the offseason or greentree hyped him up. Now fans are crushing a kids confidence and making him mad all over ish he had no true control over. Setting the bar unrealistically high.

Call it what it is. He is a very good back that came on strong his senior year and did his thing against some of the best defenders in the nation and he should rush for a ton of TDs for us over the next 3-4 years. Trying to put a "starter" label on him year 1 before he has set foot on greentree is unnecessary. Now I know a rebuttal is you said "he has a chance" but that is not what the masses are going to read and run with.

Speed is my issue here, I don't care if he played HS ball in sfla or planet Venus. Speed is different in cfb compared to HS. Let's see if he proves me wrong but not my favorite back, I hated the Thad take thought he was too slow for D1. I wish him luck though, can't wait to see CJs film.

everyone needs to prepare for 250 carries for henry parrish and not treat it like it's a bad thing. that said, fletcher is going to be a stud for us.

Physical, patient, smart….total package as a player.

I’m so high on Fletcher.

So thankful for him and C.J. May we finally hit on a two-headed monster.

This kid has obvious, vision, break away speed and ridiculous balance control. Asking since I have never seen him play before do the hands match the rest of the package in the receiving game?

I'm not saying this guy is really fast, but he does cover a lot of ground in very little time. He gets going downhill in a hurry, and that is a great trait to have. He's running hard **** near immediately. That's what you call tools a coach can work with.
