He’s a big man with quick feet.

He reminds me of the Najee Harris. Has everything you want in a RB very good except for the 2nd gear. Type of back who will always fall forward when running or catching the ball and can pass block.

Good comparison.
His top end might be less than Harris but Fletcher makes the first man miss like Harris.
He’s not going to wow you with his speed.
But he’s big. Got quick feet and is deceptively fast.
A year ago would have had a different opinion, but he just keeps getting better and I think he could turn into a real ball player here.

He can be special. Speed is like physicality, some guys are born with it. MF has the frame to wear teams down. His running style reminds me of Le'Veon Bell after he lost weight. Patient, physical, and slight quickness and vision.
