Mark Chapter 16

Im not so sure Mark Richt would appreciate people using bible verse/scripture in that form. I could be wrong. I'm not a religious man.

Maybe some one should run it by Richt first? Out of respect?

You are probably right... That's why I used Mark 20:16 ... there isn't a 20th Chapter in the book of Mark... but still it implies a bible verse.

Would have been so on-point if it was Matthew 20:16 -

16 So the last shall be first, and the first last.”

Yes, a slow week without anything to be cynical/angry about. Strange times for a Hurricane fan.

As they entered the Hecht, they saw a young man dressed in an orange and green robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. "Don't be alarmed," he said. "You are looking for Richt of Boca, who was fired. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him. But go, tell the fans and the press, 'He is going ahead of you into the playoffs. There you will see him, just as he told you.' "Trembling and bewildered, the women went out and fled from the tomb.

Our Mark 20:16 is about The Resurrection of The U... While the Good Book's Mark Chap 16 talks about the Greatest Resurrection.... uuuhhmmm ...I know this is a stretch... but until we get something of substance to fight over... I throw this into the ring...lol

Aren't you the rabble rouser. Pretending to not like all the hostility and then throwing down with religion to stir things up. I like it. I too have found things a little boring this week. Might make a nice t-shirt but we need to be careful. The Attorney General might report us to the president for offending his Moslem brothers and sisters -- I am sure they would find reference to the Bible as The Good Book extremely offensive.

I thought maybe I would throw a little political gas on your fire. Aside from that, your thoughts are spot on. We have the whole prodigal son thing going to. I mean, Mark did leave home to frolic with the heathens in Tally and then the dogs of foreign lands only to return after they threw him out once his currency ran out.

Miami's a private school so it wouldn't matter. Again with the off topic politics...

What are your thoughts of Richt when you met him the other night? Any insight to what he had to say?
