In every game we played this season, we have had a double digit lead. And 3 of them got too close at some point. I think Cristobal is playing with too much caution. He is underrating the execution and IQ level of the team. Have not seen many dumb decisions. We could have ran away from ND and UF and delivered a Lamar Jackson type beat down on FSU. Im not sure he is gonna change. But when we get up and get into short yardage, he needs to let Dawson put the ball down field. Trust the OL, trust the QB and trust the WRs who need more opportunities.
That 4th quarter v FSU is a warning. And that was not on the defense. FSU ran 37 plays, they had like 204 yards which is not them shredding us cuz it was 5.4 yards per play or something in that region, but having your DL chasing a scrambling QB for that many plays in 1 quarter is not sustainable.
