They started it and it became an issue.Heard what he said. My point was practice what you preach. Go talk to that parent "eye to eye". Dont indirectly tell them to pick up their kid through a interview for everyone to see.
Mario was silent about the issue until he was asked on the record in a press conference--at that point he has to either condone it or make a stand against it.
It is not appropriate for parents to be tweeting criticisms about their children's coaches. They instead should be talking directly with the coaching staff to resolve the issues. That is how you handle things respectfully and maturely.
They didn't do that, he was asked about it, and he respectfully stated his opinion on the matter. That doesn't make him a hypocrite. Huge reach on your part.
Consider this example: You generally don't support using violence to resolve conflict (I don't). You wouldn't hit someone because you're mad at them (I wouldn't), but someone punches you in the face. Are you going to let this person hit you in the face or are you going to hit them back? I would hit that **** back immediately lmao!
