The ***** shoulda been disbarred. Why don't one of these lawyers go after one of these big time SEC schools and try to bury them?

Should suspend her the same amount of time it took for the investigation to take place.

Better days ahead!

The extra one day is very significant to Florida lawyers. It may mean that she has to retake the Bar Exam..............this is just one level below disbarment.

91 days is what the bar has recommended to the Supreme Court. That is not the final word on the sanction yet. The Supreme Court actually prefers 6 month suspensions. Even if 91 days, that does not necessarily mean she has to retake any portion of the bar exam - it is a sanction that can be imposed for suspensions over 90 days, but it is not mandatory.

She got lucky based on what I remember her doing.

FACT. That is fackin peanuts for what she did....most other states she would have been suspended for at least 180 days to a year, and would have seriously had to put on a show for the character and fitness committee to keep it at that....

UM

I can imagine between her and the NCAA, they cost UM a pretty penny when it was all said and done.

I'm surprised UM hasn't tried to sue her fat ***.

This punishment isn't shocking. It's just how **** is in this country anymore.

Anything over 90 makes it an uphill battle to get reinstated. She should've been disbarred given the aggravating circumstances and related lack of candor. But, nonetheless, she's going to have to do a sh*t ton to practice again.

she got a slap on the wrist. At minimum a 1 year disbarment.

They may have been merciful with the slap on the wrist since her face looks like someone smashed it with a frying pan.

LOL

She really should be disbarred
