Manny says this will help us more than you will ever know

This is a bull**** comment. If he took ownership and held himself accountable, didn’t make excuses during and after the game, didn’t try to rationalize a **** performance where Saban called off the dogs in the middle of the third quarter, I would still say he sucks as a coach, but I wouldn’t have comments about his interviews. He talks a whole lot about accountability and upholding standards, but his actions fall well short of it. He is who he is and it’s clear he isn’t the right person for this job.

Listen, if he was being honest he would've said how just from a physical standpoint, we look like their scout team. We don't even look like their 2nd or 3rd string.

We never had a chance. They were bigger, faster, and stronger across the board.

Could we have done things better, sure, but a few more good plays here and there don't matter. We were never going to sustain drives or stop them consistently.

You can't say that **** though. It would be like dogging his players. So you go with the dumbass cloche stuff they all say. Is he fully accountable? I guess, but have we been playing with the same resources and past success they have been? No, absolutely not. So you go with the crap we get.

If you're mad about a performance against a team we shouldn't have a shot at beating, that's on you. I'm annoyed with the way we play called the offense much of the game. We would've shown a bit more, but again, we aren't matching up and down the field on them. The way Lashlee called the game was confidence destroying.

I get it. I didn’t expect us to win. But I also didn’t want us to lose in the manner we did. Anyone with half a brain knew both lines were going to be a problem, and typically that doesn’t bode well for you in football. My bigger concerns were on offense Lashlee abandoning any form of logic or due diligence in his game plan and playcalling. He played right into that line issue.

Then on defense, we were there to make a play a number of times, and continue to miss tackles. I’m also not understanding why we brought in TRob to run the same soft zone and not adjust to the number matchups on their screens.

The third thing that is ****ing me off and kind of plays into these comments is the chain and rings when getting blown out. It is ridiculous and makes us look like a joke, but it also shows some questions about the focus and priorities.

No rational person expected a win but at a certain point we need to come out and not show our *** in these big games.

He recruited these players!!!!

I still blame the OC and his terrible red zone play calls.. Can someone arrange a fight between Rhett and I. Bare knuckle

Very few people expected to win this game. Would have been overjoyed with just looking competitive and staying within 14-17 points. That’s it. Diaz has the entire summer to prepare and we put another ****** product on the field. The man just can’t do it. We have a fairly good sample size to draw this conclusion. We will continue to be a mediocre program until Manny is let go and the higher ups decide to hire a real head coach with a competent staff. Unfortunately, this will never happen. My advice…emotionally divest from this program and spend more time with your friends and family.

He recruited these players!!!!

Of course he did.

What happens when we recruit head to head with the Bama, Clemson, Ohio State's, etc of the world? They take whomever they want.

We get some good kids, but they're taking most of the freaks out there. So what do you expect when we line up against these teams?

Coaching mattered in this game, but you could switch the coaches and Bama would've still won. Their players just straight up manhandled us. It is what it is.

I'm with you on pretty much all of that.

As for what we brought TRob in for, it's to get better players and of course coach them up. The player formations, you can thank Manny for that, it's his defense and his calls.

Tackling could've certainly been better. I wonder how much the 1's went against the 1's. I know you do 1 v 2 to build confidence, but it seems like that's all we do. Our guys don't tackle or run with guys like they saw tonight in Bama. 1 v 1 it would've been closer at least, but again, do we do that?

What a mess though. Could've played better, but that team we played is easily 3 to 4 TD's better than us on our best day. We were ragdolled out there and even if this is the fastest team we've had, they were faster.
