No doubt about his hints. And it was probably culture shock going from the Richts to him. But like I mentioned, U can be demanding without being an *******.

It’s a drastic change in coaching philosophy from Richt to Enos..Enos is the type of coach that won’t let a average/lazy rep slide without getting on you..numerous times perry of jarren did bonehead **** during games..scrambling outside the pocket and running out of bounds instead of throwing the ball away, bad reads, delay of games..and you would see enos absolutely chew them out. That’s drastically different then how you saw MR handle boneheaded plays on Gameday..some players can’t/don’t handle it well

We need a staff full of no-nonsense ***-kickers with integrity. Manny has unqualified proteges on that defensive staff and, to make up for it, he tolerates a high level of immaturity from the athletes. Meanwhile the Enos' of the world get cast as the bad cop because he doesn't powder these young men. As long a Manny keeps Baker and puts himself and his friends before the best interest of the team you're going to see a lot of confusion and a lack of commitment.

Manny is the virus. The virus is Manny.

And all of this is OK; even spectacular and welcomed. However, his offense sucked and he couldn't call plays to save his life (or his job for that matter). If you're putting 30+ points on the board each game, then you can be ******* and get away with it.

Exactly. I just posted about the difference between his style and mr..and you can’t be demanding without being viewed by some as a *******. Especially if your bought in. You watch Saban and you’d think he’s a asswhole..**** u would think Belicheck abd brady would have a closer relationship but Bill keeps his distance from players so the personal doesnt effect his decision making..But like I said if your not bought in and the results aren’t there that person will he viewed as a asswhole

Your right..but there’s the other side to it too
 
This program was 130th out of 130 in some categories this past season. That means the deepest hole you could dig was to the core center of the earth. If you dug any more, you’d be rising back to the surface on the other side. I have accepted the core center to be where we are. No new morsels about this program’s demise can be any worse. We are there. There is no lower. Navarro’s news is a mosquito on an elephant’s thick skinned ****.

Not to mention imagine being a candidate learning that you will be slandered after the fact. Glad Kelvin Harris kept it real and told the truth. Enos wasn't elite but he definately wasn't as bad as what we saw on the field either. Players quit on Manny early on. Enos took he wrap. They can spin it all they want. There was zero discipline on this team.

Liking him is irrelevant. We’ve all had bosses or authority figures we didn’t like but respected. I’m sure there are some that don’t like Saban or Bill up in NE. You don’t hear about that because their proven success makes you stfu and fall in line. If Enos was worth a ****, it would’ve been the same.

I agree with you, but these players can't be entitled and have to realize that getting a free ride to play D1 ball is only step one; you gotta work your *** off EVERYDAY to learn and get better and rep the U to get what they deserve.
