Manny is not getting fired... So what now?

Clearly Diaz and his coaching staff are in over their head. But he's not getting fired in year 1. Let's try to have a decent thread. So what needs to change the rest of this year and into year 2? In between years, at least a few coaching changes are needed. But can anything be done to salvage this year?

I've been harping the kicking all year long and it lost us our 4th game today but being in a battle with a 1-5 GT is unacceptable and beyond embarrassing so there is something very wrong with this team and it always starts with coaching.

I'm a 49ers fan. He was hot garbage in year 1 and look at the performance his team just put on MNF. To be frank, he was hot garbage in year 2 as well but has the team shining in year 3. Manny has failed miserably this year thus far but we're a decent kicker from being undefeated or at worst...

Dan Enos and his contract are not going anywhere in year 2. But clearly Blake is in over his head. But Diaz wants his defense and you can't bring in a top notch DC and force him to play your defense. Maybe Blake gets replaced but it won't be for a top DC.
