But it is very hard to recruit when you're losing. You need first to stop the bleeding with the talent you have so that you can convince talented recruits to come to your program. There is no escape from that. You need to develop and coach the players you have first, make the best of what you have so you attract more talents. We have enough talent to compete in ACC but because of subpar coaching we can't even do that. something we must do to sell the program to new recruits.
