The portal isn’t the way to build or maintain a program. That formula hasn’t changed in decades and it won’t change because of thes new rule changes.

You can't solve all your problems or build an entire roster/ program through transfers, you're right. But if you're top dawg in the transfer market, you're gonna fill gaps very nicely. If you're not working the market to your advantage, you're missing out.

There just won’t be the volume of talent needed to build a roster, but we’re sure as **** can fix some holes in a roster.
