Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. The lesson learned was not to promote a successful DC from a failed regime. Randy Shannon = Manny Diaz

I'm all for giving a guy a chance. Thought Miami should have went after someone with NFL pedigree. Richt has proven he's washed up and needs to go. Not real hard to follow the worst cpoach in Hurricane history by a wide margin but richt is reminding some of that foo with his retarded *** coaching.
 
I could see Richt getting burned out by end of the year and retiring. Manny would make a good HC. He has that fire in him you see from guys like Saban and Swinney. People want to complain about the defense but he has been the best defense coordinator we have had in a long time and yes better than Shannon. He does not have nearly the talent Shannon had to work with. Lets not forget the defense has to be on the field majority of every game so they get tired because the offense goes three and out so much. Yes, the defense has a bad game now and then but overall he makes a adjustments and plays solid D. He still needs to improve with his blitzing schemes but think he would bring a lot of energy as a HC. Then we bring in a OC like Briles or Yost and pay them big bucks because we would get Manny cheaper than what we are paying Richt.
