Manny Diaz is a savage

My motto with coaches in this fast food instant gratification world has and always will be- Give them at least 5 years to hire and then fire everyone around them. Only then can they be established as Da Boss and move onto actually building the program. Ya gotta break an entire staff of eggs to make French Toast, gentlemen.

Savage, huh? When’s he gonna fire his own a$$? That would be “Savage.” I looked up all potential meanings of savage in the Urban Dictionary, nothing matched Manny, but the opposite was Pn$$y, with Manuela’s picture next to it.

They either have the instinct - or they don't.

He’s going to get 4 years to suck as head coach. Unless we lose to Wagner, or whoever our FCS opponent is in 2021.

I don’t know why people have a delusion that he’ll be fired after 2 years. I’ll be very surprised if he’s even fired after 3 years.

For God’s sake, Shannon was 12-13 after 2 years, and got retained. Then he went 9-4 the next year, and got an extension. And that was when expectations were higher, and it was easier for Miami to recruit than it is now, being less far from the glory days.

He puts another 6-7 record up....he gone. He is part of the problem not the solution. I give him credit for Firing enos after one year. At least he recognized he fvcked up hiring him in the first place. problem is he is still employing his buddies/friends that are stealing pay checks and have no business being on the staph

You are delusional if you think he gets fired at 6-7.

He’ll get fired after 4 years and a 23-27 record.

Rewarded is a bit of a stretch. Perhaps, the changes allow Diaz to win 8 games and buys him another year. 21’ reality will hit.....again. Díaz isn’t taking us to the next level.
