1. Rhett lashlee a really good hire that will end up a head coach somewhere. He's an A- hire
2. Hickson seems like a good rb coach. We've got talent to work with. He's a B+
3.justice improved the line a decent amount and with most everyone back,donaldson healthy we should be better at guard. Young guys need to develop. B+
4. Likens has a good track record. We're recruiting wrs alot better. Pope and wiggins need to improve or sit next year. Harley,rambo,smith and redding can be really good. He's a B at this point
5. Simpson has a good track record. He's got talent and depth to work with. Should be better against the run with him coaching. He's an A- hire
6. Baker and parked are the obvious weak spots. D hires
7. Robinson and van dyke. Big upgrade I think robinson could end up as the dc next year. Great recruiting track record with a bunch of nfl players. We should see big improvement especially if stevenson signs. This is an A hire
We have two bad coaches but hopefully with baker not calling plays he can focus more on getting a couple lbs to play decent at least. Hopefully he's gone next year or with less on his plate does a good job. Patke has talent to work with at striker and punter. He needs to get a couple guys to return punts consistently. That was the worst punt return team I've ever seen.
Overall were doing pretty good. Not great but with some adjustments on offense and defense we can be a top 10-15 team next year. Improving the guards and center,get some guys that can catch the ball and if kings healthy we could average 500 ypg.
Defense need to be more aggressive and fundamentally sound tackle better and get back to getting turnovers. If we do most of that we can be 10-2, 11-1. 9-3 would be a disappointment. If we don't it might be time to change course
