-just caught about 10 minutes from my perch

-saw an impressive catch and run by Payton

-Restrepo caught back-to-back balls and looks ready.

-the first was a beautiful bomb down the sideline from Martell

-the second was a beautiful out that went for about 15 yards

-Martell threw a couple dimes, one to Mamarelli over the middle

-after that they broke into specials and I quickly lost interest

-spirits appeared high

winds up being better than

Rousseau, Garvin, Hill

So if the edge group is better, we know the DT rotation will be better, we know the Safeties will be better. A LB (Huff, Brooks?), a CB (Ivey, Couch, Williams?) and a Striker (Gil, Smith)? away from being real scary on defense.

I like our striker group as athletes but Romeo Finley will be missed. He was/is severely underrated by our fan base.
