Mallory returning next season

That catch on 3rd down to keep a drive alive last game was excellent, Concentration, ball skills and toughness. Fe was also a great YAC threat until this year He hasn't shown he can put it all together consistently, but I think this is good news.

We need 2TE sets and use the MOF more going forward, TVD can find those windows
That grab was the kind of catch we haven't seen from a TE since KW2.
Very impressive catch!! Mallory needs to give us more of that!!

Those numbers don’t look as good as you think they do. The WRs were Pope and Wiggins. Next year, Rooster, Mallory, Arroyo, Brinson, Brashard, Key Smith, Jacolby, and MAYBE Rambo will all be targets. Mallory coming back was bad news for Arroyo; not under any condition could his return be good for Arroyo.
You sound like a complete idiot. We need depth at TE and competition. We don’t have a single TE that has proven to be an every down player. Those same players you mentioned are here now. He will get his touches. Quit being so **** scary.

Aww thanks. Anyway, back to an adult conversation. All I’m saying is now that Mallory is returning, Arroyo will be TE2 ESPECIALLY if this staff returns too. If another HC is hired, then I’m confident they can identify talent and Arroyo will receive plenty of PT. But now that Rooster has emerged as a great pass weapon, and with 5, 0, 15, 12, 7, Mallory, a possible transfer TE, and potential (albeit low) of Rambo returning, those “touches” don’t seem as many as you think.

Man Stfu with that dumb *** explanation. These same offensive coaches benched Pope and Wiggins. Are you concerned with the team winning or Arroyo getting touches? Y’all so quick to give up on players. In 2 years you’ll be *****ing about Arroyo staying and taking reps from a freshman. Your confident a new coach can identify talent without knowing who that coach is?

Arroyo averages less than 10 snaps a game and everyone on offense returns. Thanks for the conversation.

Very mature young man. Read this quote.

When asked about his decision to return for the 2022 season, Mallory was quoted as saying, "I still have not accomplished all of the goals I set for myself at UM. I told myself that I would make contact on at least one block before my college career came to a close. Im hopeful that I can achieve this goal over the next 14 months.

That’s great news. Will started slow but he’s playing really well as of late. Him plus Arroy will be one of the best TE duo’s in the ACC maybe even the country with TVD slanging that thing!!
Same sh&t was said last year. Arroyo better start over Mallory. Mallorys blocking is phantom style

Good! More depth and experience. And a QB that likes to pass to a TE. So maybe all he needs is to regain his confidence and have a big year!

That’s what happens when the first poster trolls so much that when I searched for a Mallory thread it didn’t show up because I’ve ignored him since he started blowing FSU

lmao, grow up dude. Not that serious :pgdead:

You've constantly mentioned me in threads without @ me. Clearly even on ignore you have me on your mind. Get a life

Our corches are morons. WE should feature the 2 tight end set, specially this Saturday against FSU. Not only are Arroyo and Mallory a matchup nightmare for their LB’s and Safeties, but it will also prevent the Noles from bringing the house on the blitz, since they’ll have to account for them in coverage.

But, knowing our OC, he probably will not game plan this way. Wish they would throw Arroyo the ball more than once a game.

Arroyo will see 2 snaps, Mallory the remainder and finish with 1 catch.
