Malik Starting the Bowl game

And this is big time college football. What kind of person you are on the field (so long as you're not a complete scumbag) shouldn't factor into whether you earn PT or not?

I said it before and I'll say it again, if you put Richt in Jimbo's shoes back in 2013, FSU doesn't win a natty. He would never have played Jameis.

Did you see anything in the quote about playing time? Neither did I.

Im glad Richt is standing firm now just because of the herd that thinks they can take down the program. Reminds me of politics these days. The if you say it enough and spread it enough it must be true doesn't work in real life when you have people like Richt is position. He wont cave to it and I applaud him.

Let me just say this: So many of you were on a pipe dream that Mark richt was some kind of great coach. You all totally ignored his final years at Georgia and the horrible QB situation that HE CREATED. For **** sakes, the guy brought in a Virginia transfer. Started a third string quarterback in the Florida/Georgia game. No one should be surprised that our quarterback situation is screwed up. Mark richt could not have inherited a better quarterback than Brad Kaaya, a quarterback that was actually accurate. Yet he ****ed it up as soon as he arrived by putting Brad Kaaya in a rpo system.

Now, many of you are upset that Malik Rosier is starting the bowl game. Be honest with yourself for once. Malik Rosier did nothing to get benched in the FIU game, not after his performance in the Toledo game. That made no sense. It's been a **** show every since. Now, I am not saying that Mark richt is responsible for the shortcomings of Malik Rosier. However, Mark is responsible for the poor development of the quarterbacks that are supposed to have better arm talent than Malik Rosier.

Stop making fun of Malik Rosier. He is not starting himself. Blame Mark richt and the selection of quarterbacks that he personally brought into the program. Every one of them have been suspended at one point or another.

Mark richt has never been the guy and never will be the guy for the University of Miami. The guy is over the hill and his decision-making is flawed and selfishly driven.

Again, I've asked Richt if case could be made for splitting all QB snaps between Perry and Williams (which I would do to prepare them for 2019 and Gators opener). But Richt has made clear he doesn't agree with that approach and this bowl game isn't a preparation point for 2019. (Barry Jackson)

there are actually idiots on this board who think Mork can compare with Saban. SMDH !

Beam us up Scottie !

This feels and smells like Richt in desperation mode trying to salvage his fvcked up QB room. With Malik graduating, he's only got 3 QBs for Spring ball. And Jarren already had one foot out the door, and who knows about Perry and Weldon.

Richt told Perry he will spare him from a suspension and will allow him to travel to the bowl game, but he will not allow him to play. Making it look to Perry like he's doing him a solid. But you know he worked out a separate arrangement with Williams to keep him onboard.

So this all works in Richt's favor for next season.

I want Williams in the end so this does not bother me that much, but if Williams does not get solid PT against Wisky then Richt yet again proves his incompetence in my eyes.
