Malik Rosier could be the best QB

Maybe we will use Rosier the way that Duke used Connette last year. Coming in and running some QB reads. Duke and Edwards:Yearby in the backfield. We could put a lot of pressure on a defense.

I'm really hoping they do that. and if he learns to play the position with time he can possibly be the full-time starter

Dude reminds me of Kenny Kelly.... However u can interpret that... Good or bad

With Kenny Kelly as well as Brock Berlin if we had adapted the offense to their strength which was operating from the shotgun they would have been much better than they were.

May the best man win.

I'll say this: there's a lot more excitement surrounding Rosier inside the program than I anticipated. A lot of people are very high on him.

Interesting. Like whom/who/what?

I think Kaaya is a very nice qb prospect that seems, based on his interviews, to be a driven kid. I am a little confused as to why so many on this board believe he is a shoe in to snatch the job away from Olsen -- the unknown is always intriguing I guess.

I was surprised, when I watched Rosier's senior footage, at the quality of his ball placement. I knew he had a live arm and was a very good athlete, but his placement, particularly on intermediate throws, was much better than I thought it would be.

The next guy is always the best guy.

Only when the best guy sucks.

Lol, Olsen literally has never thrown a meaningful ball at UM. But Kaaya has a good twitter feed I guess.

Olsen looks like absolute schit in any type of competitive situation. And.....he likes to lick random women's faces when hes trashed.

Even I don't do that.

After the spring game let's hope it's truly an open competition.

People put way too much emphasis on the spring game. If it were truly that good of an indicator, Alabama would be in a world of trouble, as would many other big time programs, as many QBs and entire QB units on teams struggled in spring games this year.
