Former Miami Hurricanes forward Malik Reneau has signed a deal to play with the Orlando Magic after going undrafted in the 2026 NBA Draft.



On Thursday afternoon, Malik Reneau announced the news on his Instagram. He signed with the Magic on an Exhibit-10 contract.

Reneau played a big-time role this season, leading Miami in scoring (18.9 PPG), while dishing out 2.1 assists and grabbing 6.5 rebounds. He shot 54.0% from the floor and 34.7% from behind the arc, while shooting 78.8% from the line.

All three Hurricanes from this past season: Tre Donaldson, Malik Reneau, and Ernest Udeh Jr., have all signed a deal with an NBA team this summer.

Isn’t there a chance this gets overturned? He has a serious chance to make the Magic’s roster. He looked as good as he could in summer league. I’d tell him to give Magic training camp his all
