Malik is not a leader

He will get no more passes from me. Here he is putting the blame on his teammates & coaches right after stinking it up. Not once does he take responsibility:

Puts it on the D. "They had that one big run & you could just feel the energy sucked out of our sideline".

Puts it on the coaches. "They did some stuff we weren't prepared for - that's why I had so many scrambles" (this seems to **** Cager off)

Puts it on the Oline. "You know we got a new offensive line, a couple of new guys. Their biggest thing is communication, which they did a great job - for most of the game".

On missing Jeff Thomas: "Sometimes it's a bad play, there's other times I'm getting hit as I'm throwing. They did a really great job of getting those guys in my face & making me throw under pressure".

Now, this is from today's post-game presser. As if his being inaccurate, indifferent, & pointing fingers wasn't enough to make you want him out, here he is pretty much telling us he doesn't give 2 shìts about the fans - except for the part where we put money into the team by buying seats:

SMD- "Malik, the fans are upset. I knew you knew that. How do you deal with that personally?"
Malik- Puts on a huge shìt eating grin & boasts- "I mean, they're fans, like they don't...(catches himself)...I mean obviously they matter, we want them to come out, but at the end of the day, as long as our nucleus, our team is fine, we're gonna be fine".

I've gotta say, as someone who made the trip to Dallas, this is one big slap in the face from a guy who's supposed to be the leader of the team & the face of the franchise. I'm beside myself. I know he's supposed to be "just a kid", but the guy is 22 & a 5th-year senior. He should know better. As a reminder, Sam Darnold is starting for the Jets on Monday at 21. If he shìts the bed like Malik did on Sunday, he will get heat like he should.

I know there are other problems, but an offense as explosive as this will be with Jarren or Kosi (****, throw Weldon in there too) & the energy it will bring to the entire team will mask a lot of those problems.

I have a lot of respect for CMR & how he develops his players as in football & as men, but it's time for him to make this move. The fans - you know, the ones that don't matter - & even the players know it. Coach Richt, if not for the fans, do it for your love of the U. Bench Malik.

Who f@cking cares if he is a leader or if he is moping after the game. He could put on an Optimus Prime mask and say he will rally the team to victory and it doesn't mean sh#t because he can't throw accurate passes.

He gets a 100% pass because he should not be the starting qb for the University of Miami. He does not put the depth chart together. Would you give a pass to a kid riding the short bus when he trips and falls over because he forgot to tie his shoelaces? If so, then Rosier also deserves a pass.

He's no f'ing leader. Gtfooh. Nothing but excuses from him, always. Dudes like that can't be trusted. So after throwing the team, coaches, and their grandmas under the bus he's turning on the fans now? Smh, pathetic. Yeah fck him

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

After the bowl game I gave up on him. Seeing the spring game in person it was clear to me he was holding this team back. N'kosi and Jarren were both able to run this offense better than him. Richt is not without blame and he could really change my mind if he opens this QB competition up again.

Haha Rosier arrogantly laughs about the fans being mad. This guy acts like he's Aaron Rodgers at QB without having anywhere near the talent, skill set and football IQ. You are seeing a QB who thinks he's the reason the team won 10 games last year. He's a complete joke at this point.

Oh and if you listen to Gauthier answer the question about the o-line, he pretty much spells it out for everyone that Aranda outcoached Richt and Searels. Did the offensive staff really think that LSU wouldn't come with different looks and blitzes that they hadn't shown on tape last year? What kind of amateur show is being run over there at Greentree right now?

Disappointed in the way he handled that. Any variant on “hey, my line was fine, my receivers were open, (since he had LC and his OL sitting right next to him) I missed some shots and I gotta be better to lead us to a win” would’ve sufficed.

He's going to start Saturday for sure. But the freshmen better get as many or more reps in the games leading up to our ACC schedule. Richt is going to lose this team if he doesn't give the younger guys a legit, lights on, in front of the fans chance to get the job.

Rosier is terrible but what the **** is with the team getting "deflated" after the touchdown run. That makes me think they bought into their own hype too much and that they didn't respect LSU.

That kind of mentality starts at the top.

Yeah. He lost me preseason last year when he said he never prepared for a game before being named starter vs Duke the year before.

They were deflated because they knew that with Rosier at the helm there was no chance they were going to be able to score a touchdown.

Richt is really close to losing the fan-base, I'm telling ya

And the lockeroom isn't far behind

Rozeeay has that entitled attitude because he knows no matter what he does he's going to be the starter regardless, because for whatever reason the Richt's have done a poor job getting the other 3 ready to play.

He doesn't feel the need to do anything differently because all results are good results according to Coaches, but that only applies to Malik. He's the only player on the team the coaches don't hold accountable, they'll reprimand everybody else except him.

The blames starts & stops with Richt. Rozeeay has no business being the starting QB for Miami as a sub 50% passer, but that's not a decision he makes. In the offseason all Richt did was make excuses for Malik's poor performances last year just like the sycophant Cult that makes nothing but excuses for Malik in our fan base.

If Malik is blaming everybody else for his poor play, it's because Richt allows it. What I wanna know is how Coach Brown & Dugans really feel, I know in interviews they'll just give regular coach speak, but what I wanna know is behind closed doors are they allowed to get on Malik, cause if not that's very telling to what the real problem with this team is.
