Malik interview and JW

I told people all last year, and offseason, that a lot of those close wins will turn into losses if QB play didn't improve. Rosier is not the answer, but neither is an immature Perry. Williams is our best bet for the future.

What I want to know is why Williams went from getting second team reps in the spring to being solidly buried at #4, behind two guys that can't keep their noses clean. What am I missing here? I had a bad feeling about it when Richt shut down the competition early in fall camp and handed the job to Rosier, and making Perry and Weldon Co-2s.

What makes anyone think Williams is the answer.

Freshman QB's play all around the country but now a guy who the HC doesn't think is ready is being projected by fans to be this the other worldy QB that it's going to get this offense on track.

I just want to know what tangible evidence is this based on.

I like his skill set. I have never been a "new guy is the best guy" fan. When you pop in both of their high school films, Williams and Perry, you see one QB playing within the confines of his O, and making plays, and the other just playing sandlot ball. Williams just passes the eyeball test, and checks all the boxes.

All that said, I don't know if Steve Young could make this O look good, so I am not convinced Williams, or anyone else, can get it on track.

High school?

HAHA spell check next time before you make an asinine comment. I just believe Jarren Williams is going to be a good one. Maybe not heisman or etc but he'll win an ACC Championship and have us in position to make the playoffs.
Don't you just love the spelling/grammar police.

I want to see Williams before Perry. I'm not giving up on the season but I'm thinking the sooner Williams gets PT the better off we'll be in the future.

I gave Malik L$U to show me the huge strides he made from last year...no dice.

Perry does not have a large enough sample size to judge him by in my opinion. He should still be starting.

If Richt is thinking he is going to play Williams next year, fine, get his *** some work.

The X factor? How little I was prepared to accept how unprepared Richt was with this offense. When simple blocking assignments cannot be executed and Richt's predictability places the kids in bad situations...pretty **** difficult to blame the QBs for a whole lot...yes, even Malik.

So I guess I could have kept this pretty **** short with... whoever the **** QB is right now, I have extremely little confidence that Richt will play call worth a **** for him or that the offense has been properly coached up to execute.

UM

Typically people who are quick to name call are emotionally unstable and that's a female trait but that's another topic lol.

If you think a QB won't do well solely because of our offense then you're not as football savvy as I thought you were. It's easy to blame Richt and his scheme tho so I get it lol. I'll just say you'll be surprised what an accurate QB who can read a defense will make our offense look/run.

Guess how I know you've never been in the military and if you by some crazy feat have were a remf.

I'd love to see you tell Mattis or fvck it any NCO even, that his name calling is a "female trait".

That dude wears tampons and plays the crying game alone in his room that he rents out from his great aunt.

PLEASE DO NOT burn Jarren's redshirt IF it is only to play garbage time. I'm all in to play him meaningful snaps but I'd start at home versus Duke and not Friday night on the road.

Williams is eating too much. Looks like he packed on a bunch of blubber.

I get the feeling Rick is sick of Perry. So I wouldn’t be surprised to see Williams make a move. I don’t know if he’s the answer or not (and I loathe Rick’s clunky offense), but we better hope he is.

If a QB sticks around here for 5 years then he most likely sucks. Play him if you think he can play.

I am an officer in the Navy and I'm currently in my 3rd year of Medical school. Stop guessing bro, assumptions aren't a good look.

REMF guess I was right after all huh?

In the rear with the ******.
LOL guess so bro. I'm in the medical tent way in the back making sure everyone injured gets treated. Make fun of me all you want bro...again, it's a weak look but that's on you.
