But I think this is where being the Miami Hurricanes gives us some advantage. Takes a certain kind of swagger to want to play quarterback (or any position, really) at Miami. And this kid still came, despite knowing he wasn't the priority at QB. He's taken his knocks, won the competition outright, and now is ready to show what he can do.

Not if hes not ready, we have the pieces to play at a high level this year. We loose a lot of experienced depth and talent next year on the D line. Thomas, Jackson, Harris, Norton, RJ, and one more senior DT (blanking on his name right now). To play at a high level you need to have the war daddies we are losing a lot after this year. Next year we will have talent there but they will be young. May not have been the sexiest pick but he gives us the chance at winning the most games.

Rosier was my pick to be the starter since the spring!! I'm happy for him, I just feel as thou MR deserved the spot, he showed improvement from the spring to now and he knows the offense the best.. A lot of ppl is sleeping on this kid, he brings something Miami's offense has been lacking for a while (and that's leg ability meaning he can run if needed and he can move around the pocket).. We watched Kaaya here for years be a good passer BUT he was limited and underachieved because he had ZERO leg ability.. MR gives this offense exactly what it was missing..

When it comes to passing and making the throws, I see MR being very capable.. When I look at the weapons he has to work with, really plays in his favor because he doesn't have to be the hero!! MR was my pick for the starting spot and all I pray for is him to have a great healthy season..
