Cautiously optimistic, but I agree. Diaz has always conducted himself as having a plan. He did when he arrived as DC a while back and now as HC. Hope this is true.

all coaches have a plan and develop relationships with other coaches as they move up the coaching tree so when it's there turn to call the shots, they can go full frontal

Yost would check a lot of boxes. Also knows QBs. That would be a monster hire.

Agree but these guys don’t have to start recruiting until next week. What’s done is done for those deciding tomorrow and quiet period is next week or whatver it’s called until it opens back up Thurs/Friday.
