Ok so in summary, they sprayed raid on cheap, bad weed to “up” the high - makes perfect sense and would perhaps explain some of the behavior on this board. Those that were regular customers smoked a ton of raid.

There was one called Rambo. I ended up getting robbed right after I got back into my jeep with my baggies.

You never know with QBs, lots of variables, but I think he is a really good fit for Dawson's system-- i.e. the RPO and intermediate throws.

I'll say this, we are used to signing HS QBs who peak as a So or Jr, and then rationalizing their Sr year, whereas this kid played his best football going out the door as Sr. He literally got better every season.

The key is getting him some meaningful snaps, we've been bad about that.

Also - and I’ve said this before - the kid has an incredible work ethic, according to his HS coaches. Mentally, he has all the intangibles that you want. They said that he plays his best football under pressure, in those championship game situations when everything is on the line.

It’s on us to develop him properly. I hope we can give him consistency at the OC position, and S&C does its job / everyone stays healthy so he gets those meaningful snaps at the appropriate time.
