Man that's so sad, whoever was that officer creating false witness reports is in deep sh*t.

If this all proves true that Lacy was actually innocent, I would highly encourage the family to file a wrongful death lawsuit. It can easily be argued & reasoned that due to these false allegations which placed his NFL aspirations in jeopardy, it created a mental break which led to him taking his own life.

Sad all around, but absolutely tragic if a young man unalived himself based upon a conjured lie.

Perhaps a clarification of what you meant, so it’s not left open for misinterpretation?

Do you think the officer won’t be “in deep ****” because the system is broken?

Or are you saying that the video doesn’t show that a false narrative was painted?
The person I responded to said, "..whoever was that officer creating false witness reports is in deep sh*t".

I replied, "Is he though?"

I'm not sure how that could be interpreted in any other way than what the words say on the screen.

- Increased access to media that destabilizes the mind. Social media warps people's perception of reality and their expectations.
- Younger people have been raised hearing "mental health awareness" and all it's derivatives from childhood. The more they hear these things, they more they condition themselves to think there's something wrong with themselves. It becomes normal and even fashionable for younger people to diagnose themselves with mental issues.

Its a problem in the military too. Young troops can't handle any adversity. When I was young it was struggling with anger management, and now the kids need to talk to therapists bc they're sad all the time. It's not a surprise when they're watching pro-suicide propaganda on Netflix their whole childhood.
👆Pin this.

Tragic lack of resiliency. Tragic enabling of narcissistic behaviors.

First world comforts lead to first world softness.

And no, despite what bleeding media portrays, the worse socio-economic depressed situations in US are nowhere near suckville compared to even average third world conditions, let alone the worst of the worst.

I hope these corrupt piece of ***** pay.

I hope that family sues everyone for at minimum 100 million.
Why not $100B?

Let's go big baby!

So basically the video shows him to not be where the police report claims him to be in trouble? I really didn't follow this case. Obviously any instance of true abuse of authority is unacceptable and should be dealt with harshly.

1000%

These mf’er knew there were video proof of him not doing it and making him admit to some **** he had nothing to do with it.

Obviously no one was present at the scene of this accident. But I have questions.

1. How can you know for certain that Lacy was not at fault in this accident? It’s a road that is northbound (one lane) and southbound (one lane).

2. The vehicle that collided into Hall could have freaked out because they noticed Lacy’s charger in their lane and he was coming towards them at a high rate of speed.

3. Lacy’s lawyer claimed that Lacy came to a stop when that is not true. Lacy slowed down, but pulled into the southbound lane and kept going.

4. The second part of the video which just highlights Lacy’s car driving seems to be recorded at a different time than the accident.

5. If Lacy is convinced he was not at fault, his lawyer and family did a poor job of encouraging him to be patient, let the discovery process play out, it’s 2024 EVERYTHING is recorded. Just be patient.

IDK. Just sad. Young men shouldn’t take their own lives.

- Lacy passed 4 vehicles that were going 35-40mph by using the oncoming lane. So we can probably assume he was going maybe about 50 mph at that moment. (a vehicle traveling 60mph usually would take about 40 yards to emergency stop, a vehicle travelling about 30mph usually would take 25-30 yards max).
- So after passing, he was in opposing lane with a gold truck travelling towards him going ~30mph.
- Lacy then re-entered the correct lane 120 yards away from the gold truck in the oncoming lane, and and was fully in his lane 90 yards before where the actual crash occured. There were about 2 cars in front of Lacy at this point. It's unlikely he was still going much above 40-45mph at this point.
- The Gold Truck traveling ~30mph saw Lacy about 120 yards away, applied the brakes slowing down and veered away from Lacy. The person driving the truck said he didn't emergency brake or leave any tire marks or anything.
- The vehicle BEHIND the truck (a Kia) was likely tailgating and upon the truck braking and veering away, for some inexplicably dumbass reason veered INTO the oncoming traffic directly infront of them.
- The Kia then struck the vehicle 72 yards IN FRONT of Lacy.
- Then the video shows after the accident Lacy slowly driving around the accident.
- The Gold truck driver SAYS that the person behind him caused the accident. And just logically A) The Kia Likely didn't even see Lacy in the first place, was more likely trying to avoid hitting the TRUCK because they were likely tailgating, B) Who the **** veers INTO oncoming traffic with vehicles right in front of you? C) Literally just an emergency brake from both vehicles would have CLEARLY resulted in 0 contact between Lacy and the Oncoming Truck even if they remained in the same lane...

As for being patient, well someone who commits suicide isn't thinking logically. Also the draft was a week later, he was removed from the combine, and his dream of being drafted was killed by that. Also grand jury is like the lowest standard there is.

The clip of the cop & the truck driver is damning. So is the part with the whiteboard where it sounds like one of the witnesses insisted Lacy cut in front of the car who got crashed into before the wreck happened, which clearly didn't happen. Lacy should have been ticketed for reckless operation of a vehicle, not charged with negligent homicide and felony hit-and-run. What a tragedy.
