They think the battle is already won because of recruiting rankings. That don’t mean sh*t if players don’t develop. Plus I know What I saw on film of how their defense play, other than Devin white who overpursuits and can get washed out of plays their front 7 doesn’t penetrate the backfield like that. That plays into Miami’s hand really on offense. The guy they are expecting to break LSU sack record for whatever reason had 2 sacks last year both against Tennessee chatanooga... and he’s going against Tyree St. Louis our most gifted pass protector who was ranked 12th best in the country in pass blocking last year.

Imo we are going to be able to run against in addition to passing game for sure.Wisconsin had the #2 defense in the country and we outrushed them in that game regardless plus had 200 yards total in the first quarter vs them...
