LSU vs Miami

I don't know how well yall recruit Texas. Does a neutral game exposure in Dallas help with recruiting any?

I think that's part of the reason why LSU likes to do the neutral games in Dallas and Houston is exposure for recruiting. We normally recruit Houston well.

I'm surprised that it wasn't held in Houston. Over the years we've recruited that area well too. Lots of Miami fans in Houston

But I'm for Home and Home because usually the neutral site isn't so neutral.

Cmon N.D. in Chicago isn't neutral, nor was Lambeau in both cases one team had a clear advantage.

LSU has a distinct advantage playing us in Dallas BUT it won't matter Miami will win it anyway.

It just would've felt better beating LSU in front of all their fans in Tiger stadium at night

Boot have you been to a night game at tiger stadium when they played Bama, Auburn, Vtech, Florida type game? It gets so loud, roudy, and fun especially when the weather is gorgeous. Day games when its jungle hot is definitely miserable especially when playing lower tier teams.

Yes, I've been to an Auburn, Ole Miss, and Florida games at night in Tiger Stadium. Every time LSU won. I have friends that went to LSU and definitely have an affinity towards Tiger Stadium. I never had that for Tiger Stadium, but I did have it for The Old Lady. I grew up in New Orleans and never liked Baton Rouge. I also went to the Miami for undergrad. But respect - LSU has done well. I also keep up with high school football so I know who most of the people are on LSU's roster. Big Edna Karr fan

Oh you can't just say that now, you gotta reveal stories...

Hmm lets see. As we were leaving the stadium some steroid freak frat boys, about 10 of them wanted to fight 3 of us. Then they proceeded to walk in traffic and were ripping antenas off cars with LA plates. The purple porpoise smelled like **** and the **** pine trees on campus isn't appealing at all compared to pretty oak trees on a lot of SEC campuses. Oh and the gator chomp is obnoxious.

NCAA is a mess just do what they want

Do you know anything about the story? Out of highschool he thought he was being tested for pot and had a fake sample. When he found out the test was for PEDs he dumped the sample(which to the NCAA is an admission of guilt), took the test and passed it.

NCAA still came down on him for a 2 year ban from football. He didn't fail the drug test.

Whatcha think about your boy being reinstated

It's big news for us. Fulton is a monster. He was the #22 player nationally and #3 CB of his class. By all reports this spring everyone said he was out playing Greedy which is an All American.

It also adds some much needed depth at the CB position for us.

Fulton and Greedy may be the best CB tandem in the country now.

Kinda a ****** sentencing but I’d rather see both teams at full strength and potential going at it sept 2nd

Na dawg, that belongs to VT. They lost their best DB and still have 4 high round guys playing in that secondary.

Im also in favor of a home and home with LSU. I would make that trip in a heartbeat.

As I recall, the last time we went into LSU was in 1988. I wish I could have made that trip. 44-3 Canes
