Wasn't one of the years when we were eligible for the ACC ship? Like we had to beat Duke and we were in, that was it and we self sanctioned, I wish we had a 3-5 season and could have "self-imposed" a bowl ban and postseason lol

We finished in 2nd place behind UNC because we lost to them head-to-head. However, UNC couldn't participate in the ACCCG due to ACTUAL cheating under Botch. We would have played in the ACCCG but the NCAA was dragging their fúcking feet, trying to inflict as much damage as possible without actually proving any wrongdoing. So we ended up self imposing a bunch of fúcking restrictions which turned out to be a mistake or our saving grace depending on who you ask. It was all fúcking pointless because we ended up fúcking sucking for another 5 years anyways.
