So, after watching the two videos

Who in here hasn't passed a slow *** moving vehicle before?

Sometimes when you do, you have to get back over

I'm trying to figure out how his moves caused the accident when it happened well before him being there??

Am I missing something as usual??

Also, how is it leaving the scene of an accident?? He wasn't officially involved in it

exactly. stop being a boot licker
What exactly do you disagree with in the video?

Do you disagree that the green charger was speeding? Do you disagree that the green charger was driving in the lane of oncoming traffic? do you disagree with the eyewitnesses who were recorded on body camera immediately after the accident? do you disagree that the green charger left the scene? do you disagree with lacy calling an accident attorney after the accident?

Help me understand what you disagree with.

@Tony4Canes instead of responding with "indifferent" emoji to my posts, tell me exactly what you have an issue with in the video from the LSP

Someone I care for greatly would have to be coding in my car for me to drive like that. Super dangerous. (and I drive extremely aggressive)

The driver swerved thinking he was going to hit them head on (in wrong lane) causing the accident directly.

Fair questions. Obviously, I wasn't there, and I don't think you were at the scene either.

1. But from the people who were actually there, multiple eyewitnesses clearly identify the driver of the green charger to be at fault and caused the accident. This is clearly explained on the body camera video of the police officer who arrived at the scene. Again, eyewitness testimony claims that the green charger is the culprit of the accident. That's pretty damning, man.

2. yes, we have all sped before, but speeding past multiple vehicles on a single lane road with oncoming traffic in the opposite lane has risks. And in fact, it's illegal. It's against the law to enter into oncoming traffic in order to pass a vehicle(s) in your lane.

3. The accident happened in relative close proximity. The driver clearly got spooked by the green charger in his lane and what appeared to be at high speeds.

4. He was involved. Eyewitnesses on the scene claim he was the culprit. And the video supports their claims.

The green charger was speeding. it passed multiple vehicles that were in his lane. In order to pass the vehicles, the green charger had to enter into oncoming traffic. Witnesses at the scene claim the green charger was the culprit. That's why Lacy was charged.

All fair answers but we will never know now

Just his Attorneys trying to clean this all up

Maybe his family will sue and we will get on top of it

Brother, I don't think there is any chance that Lacy's family will win a lawsuit. And his death is completely unfortunate. Young men shouldn't take their lives. But the reason why I don't think his family will win a lawsuit is because, in my worth-nothing opinion, the driver of the green charger was at fault here. I truly believe he spooked the driver in the other lane to the point that the driver ran into the vehicle where the gentlemen ended up dying. If anyone is going to get sued, it might be the Lacy estate, considering if he had any assets. Just unfortunate all the way around. And at the end of the day, two people are no longer alive. Just terrible.

Avoid what collision? Lacy had time to pass the truck, get into the proper lane, and then come to a complete stop all before he got to the accident. He broke traffic laws way before getting to the scene. 2 full seconds.

Yes, very terrible

Knowing our system, some law firm will take case and try to sue LA or city happened in

Sounds like a chain reaction. Lacy spooked the pickup, which spooked the woman tailgating him to veer into the victims car.

Also sounds like Lacy offing himself is a culmination of unfortunate events, not just the auto accident.

Sad state of affairs all around. And f those cops IF they were trying to fabricate testimony or paint false narratives.

So if Lacy were on the other side of town, not heading into oncoming traffic going (what looks like) 70+ at the car that swerved into the opposite lane, this accident would've still happened?

The tweet says he was 72 yards from the impact when it occurred. If he were going 70, which is around 100 feet per second, the driver who swerved sees a car coming at her head on that is going to hit her in just over 2 seconds. So her seeing that had no impact on her swerving into the opposite lane?
