Ok so I’ve watched you go back and forth a bit here…, I’m a big believer in privacy and the concept of innocent until proven guilty. At the same time, I’m wondering if those concepts, especially the privacy part in this case, is being leaned on a little too heavily here. If Hayden was hitting/fighting with teammates and/or coaches (more than once by all accounts), is The U still morally obligated to keep that a secret in the name of privacy for Hayden? What about the well-being of future co-workers, teammates, coaches and employers? Maybe that info gets shared privately; maybe it does not. I also realize we are still talking in hypotheticals without anything confirmed, so I haven’t really taken a strong position on this (pause?). I also see the side where gossiping about 19 year old kids solely for the sake of satisfying ScubaSteve305 is a poor look also.

This just seems like an ending with no winners.
