Louisville v James Madison

I didn't watch it. Does UL suck balls or nah? Rough getting sacked 3 times by James Madison - not the POOTUS.

(Chesney is a legit Coach)
They were down by 7 late into the 3rd quarter. A few things started to go their way like a slant a WR took for 65 yards, a 2 point conversion, and the momentum shifted. JMU was hurting themselves with penalties and mostly running with their QB which UL began to stop later in the game.

James Madison passes the eye test of a decent football team. Bigger and stronger than what I expected having never seen that school play before. They were just as physical as UL and gave them all they could handle. At first, I was just thinking UL sucks (and maybe they do) but as the game went on, I had to give credit to JM, who has some legit athletes on their team.

Take away the explosive and they’re not just bad but putrid.

Bell - 64 yard TD
Brown - 78 yard TD

122 yards of total if you remove those explosives. And both came in the 2nd half. I’m not afraid of this team at all. Our DL should terrorize Moss who is not nearly as good as Shough moving off his spot

JMU is a solid program, but in no way should they have given L'ville that much trouble. Half of JMU transferred from Holy Cross with the new coach.
50% of L'villes offense came on two plays...against JMU? 12 first downs and 265yards...:noidea:

This is the worst ive ever seen Louisville look and thats saying something. They better get it together and real fast..

Historically Louisville plays us tough. But wasn't impressed much by them. I expect close first half and we pull away in 2nd half.

this is the game along with FSU that'll tell us the most about the new dc

we can win every other game on physicality but norvell and brohm are excellent playcallers

Unnecessary dogfight until proven otherwise

I get it but this year’s team is a very physical team, especially in the trenches. I think we can bully our way through the ACC where we did not have that element in the past.

Louisville will be ready to play. If you think they will be a pushover, you are deluding yourself.
Everyone we play is always "ready to play" we bring out the best in every team, but if L'ville does not improve dramatically, they will get their doors blown off by more than just us.
Seriously, think about it when is the last time we went into a game and the opponent was far worse than we anticipated...I can't think of one.
