Let's say FSU gets a special referee and hits Miami with the WWE chair...but Miami wins out rest of ACC...

FSU loses to Clemson, but wins out their ACC slate...

what would the next tie-breaker be in current ACC format?

To be clear...our Canes are winning in Tally...

The acc has been awful this year! What makes anyone think that the committee doesn’t see the non-conference records for the acc and ignores it?

and what has been stated repeatedly and messaged by power brokers is SMU's and Boise's losses have put a big damper on future ACC runner-ups selection and G5's seeding (already changed)...

That's the point...its already being messaged to everyone...do "they" have the stones to put in a 2/3 loss SEC/B1G team (Kiffin has said they better) over even a 1-loss ACC runner up? "They" can make all kinds of justifications and what will people do?

Complain on social media like FSU? Make flames and threats (🤣🤣🤣 my favorite) on message boards?

That turned out to be a brilliant campaign plan...very effective.

Now, Miami right now is a media darling. "Best this, best that"...its great to see and well deserved. Would be even nice it translates into political capital for an at-large bid, would be even better our Canes just win out and kick the ******* door down and don't need any help whatsoever.

Yeah, I'm not sure what to tell you other than there is a one hundred point zero chance, not 99.9, one hundred point zero chance that 11-1 Miami with their only loss being at FSU will be in the playoff. I don't really care about power brokers. 11-1 Miami with a loss on the road at FSU is in, it's as certain as the sun coming up tomorrow.

Regardless though, it's September 24th. I have no interest in discussing this any further at this point. There's MONTHS of ball left to play, yall got this from here.
 
The thing about GT is that they've shown they can lose games too. They could get got at any time.

If we lose to FSU, they still have to go to Clemson. And yes, Clemson ain't the Clemson of old. But they do have enough talent to beat anybody in the ACC **IF** they play to their potential. I don't think Dabo wants to lose that game.
 
Mannnn maybe I am paranoid from last year but I really think we need to go undefeated.

And see videos like this(short video 5:54) make me believe they are looking for any reason to drop us hard in the rankings if we drop a game, especially an in conference game.

ACC was lucky to get 2 teams in last year. It was by the grace of God that an average Clemson team won the ACC and got the automatic bid. The committee was reluctant, but at the end still picked that SMU squad that had played great all season and lost the close game in the ACC championship.

The committee wanted so bad to put the 3 loss Bama team in, but knew that would be a bad look with other good 2 loss teams still out there. Well, it's probably going to happen this year. They are looking to get in 4 SEC teams and 4 BIG teams, so it's probable one of them will have 3 losses. Didn't help that SMU and Clemson were an embarrassment in the playoffs last year.

ACC will get the conference champ and possibly a 1 loss team. No way a 2 loss ACC team that didn't make the ACCCG is making it in.

That video was pretty ****** fair IYAM. In terms of our path to the playoff, we control it this year just like we controlled it last year. Nobody is trying to keep us out, we kept ourselves out last year. Its like the the bike meme where the rider sticks a stick in the spokes and then blames someone else for it. An 11-1 Miami team is going in one way or another. 10-2 gets dicey but dont lose games to teams you should beat and especially late in the season.

Miami collapsed and had one of the worst defenses in America . We had no leg to stand on yet there was still people saying we belonged. **** what’s funny is most Miami fans said we didn’t including myself . Teams that can’t stop a nosebleed shouldn’t be anywhere near a playoff . This years team is much more complete.
