I feel like this would only be significant if Weiss just up and left. If he’s there I don’t think they really care what coach is taken back by Lane.

I just want them to be as distracted as possible. Sounds like Kiffin being Kiffin trying to get the attention on his situation being mishandled by Ole Miss because he wanted to coach this team all of the way through the CFP is actually motivating these kids to achieve to stick to Lane one last time. This story can grow and create a bigger distraction for the team as the week wears on. But this is probably nothing more than just clickbait. We’ve got to bring our A game on Thursday as that offense was productive last night and the defense looked pretty good too.

The whole situation is weird to me. Why would a school want to help a rival win a title especially if it’s handicapping them? I’ll assume Lane forced LSUs hand on this but I know the LSU administration is feeling some kind of way. Or maybe not. That SEC cult is different lol
