Fedora is a bit of a sphincter.

He could have been OUR sphincter - but now he's relegated to being just another sphincter.

Too bad. I think the guy would have had some fun here before moving on in a couple years. Oh well, we tried at least.

I would have absolutely no problem hiring Ken Dorsey, he's young, smart as F, and the boy will outstudy and outscheme his opponent every F'n week, just give him some dogs to work with. He has more pure football smarts than anybody mentioned for this job, he has had to rely on outsmarting his opponents his whole life because he is not a good athlete, and he was one o the best at that, you wanna argue about it, lets go
 
Again, this is the main drawback of hiring a guy with no connections. You wind up with a staff full of La Tech type coaches. Tough to get an established guy to take orders from a new HC that he doesn’t know.

I have a feeling this is going to end up as "the friends Manny Diaz met along the way" of a staff.

For the coordinator spots, I'm worried less. Its the position coaches and recruiters that I think we're going to swing and miss on hard.

Plus he is overrated, scared of competition, and other candidates have a higher ceiling ( …. borrowed this from boilerplate responses for recruits that don't commit to us … ).
