I was there with my two young sons. What a great game and amazing atmosphere! Just can't wait for the next one!

Amazing how spoiled we were back then. In a 4 year span....Sugar Bowl, Rose Bowl, Fiesta Bowl and Orange Bowl. Attended all 4 of them.

I was there. The pre-game atmosphere on the golf course surrounding the stadium was awesome. Everybody knew we were going to whoop that ****!

I was there. The Nebraska fans telling me they were gonna run us over before the game was just mystifying. All I could do was shake my head. The Vilma hits were just filthy. Talk about exclamation points! The Rose Bowl is a fantastic venue to see a game. I can't wait to go back...sooner than later.

Go Canes!

I was there, with my brother. Sitting on the plane with my brother before take off out of DFW, a nebraska fan boards the plane, stopping at his seat about 6-7 rows in front of us. Before he sits down, he takes his 3 foot long plastic corn husk hat off his head and puts it in the overhead bin. Straight face, like it was carry-on luggage. Always thought that was pretty funny.

Was there with my dad and brother. What a beautiful night it was... I was 24. It's one of the greatest memories of my life and something I will always treasure. Thinking about it now, it's hard to grasp that I got to witness 5 national championships over my first 24 years (6 in first 25), and none from that age until 40. My greatest wish in life is to get one more before my dad's time is called.

**** glad to have CMR back home...

I do wish your dad watches Miami play in another national championship game soon.

Was there with two friends, stayed in Santa Monica, can't remember the name, but ate at an amazing breakfast joint in Pasadena.
I'll never forget driving out of that stadium after the game and the sea of red, shirts and teary eyes!!

I was there...called the long TD to Andre before it happened. Not that it was hard to either. The audacity they had leaving Andre 1 on 1 in press coverage begged for the future HOF'er to burn them ala no lube running start.

Yup I remember that, leaving the stadium, walking on the wet grass trying to find our car! What a great memory!

I was there with my buddy. Remember eating hot dogs at Pinks after and we were the only Canes there in a sea of red.
